Return and Refund Policy -Book/CD Purchases

  • We will replace a copy if it has been damaged during delivery. You must return the original. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged order.
  • If you ordered the wrong book, or CD return it to us with all internal packing materials. IF THE INTERNAL SEAL ON BOOK or CD IS BROKEN, we will not process a refund!
  • If you ordered by "accident," you must return the package unopened intact and the book(s) unread and/or CDs not opened.
  • Books opened and read are not eligible for refund. These are collectibles!
